Barntucket Rates
Barntucket is fortunate to have many returning guests. It is our aim to be as flexible as possible in accommodating busy schedules. Barntucket can be rented on a nightly basis with the exception of the Peak Season (July 1 to September 15) when a minimum one week rental is required. Please refer to the rate schedule below. Weekly turnover day in peak season is Saturday; shoulder and off season is flexible. Please email us with your particular needs.
Nightly
The nightly rate is $1,000 per night for the first two nights. Each additional night is $500 per night. There is a two night minimum except for holidays or special events when the minimum rental is three nights.
Off-Season
November 1st to May 15th - Please refer to the nightly rate schedule.
Shoulder Season
May 15th to June 30th and September 15th to October 31st. The weekly rate is $4,500 or use the nightly rate schedule.
Peak Season
July 1st to September 15th - Weekly rates range from $7,500 to $8,500 depending on the week rented.
